During a recent visit to the new National Campus for the Archaeology of Israel in Jerusalem 1 2 , I stood in awe before an intact Biblical oil lamp discovered in southern Israel a few months ago. This wasn’t just an artifact—it was a connection to a world where such lamps brought warmth, light, and meaning to daily life.
While we created our Biblical oil lamp almost a year ago, the discovery of this ancient lamp reignited my passion to share our lamp with you.
