We grow, harvest, and dry these protected plants to preserve their unique aromas and benefits.

Key Herbs:

Wild Marjoram (Majorana Syriaca): A modest herb with green-gray leaves, known for its antiseptic properties (Thymol & Carvacrol). This herb has biblical significance and is the main ingredient in Zaatar spice mix.

Sage (Salvia Fruticosa): Revered for its healing qualities, Sage has a stronger scent, known to alleviate breathing difficulties. It contains Thymol, Carvacrol, and Rosmarinic acid, enhancing its powerful, protective properties.
